  • Selected European countries

We are continuously working to expand our shipping destinations.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

During launches, restocks, or high demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. We always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery times

  • Spain: 2–4 business days

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country and local courier services.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will always be clearly communicated on our Website.


RETURNS

If something isn’t right, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original packaging must be included

  • Sale items may be final sale unless defective

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to request a return

Please include:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or item, please mention it in your return request and we will do our best to accommodate it, subject to availability.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@fresaofficial.com with photos. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Customs & duties (Europe orders)

For European orders, customs duties are generally included within the EU.

If any additional charges apply depending on the destination country, they will be the responsibility of the customer and clearly shown at checkout where applicable.
